[auda]*

So yes we're Auda a local band in East Sussex who are formed of 4 members who are all insane, in there own special ways of course.

Now first a little look back at the history books, we formed back in August 2006 as Sui Generis with Mark and Matt who kicked the whole thing off. They both then found Baza in September 2006 where they continued to play it out to no cause as they had no singer. But finally after 5 months of looking the found Kris, who completed them. Sui Generis went on to play a couple of gig's in Eastbourne and Hastings until Matt decided he'd call it a day in May 2007, it was a blow but then only the beginning.

Auda was formed by chance, when the other remaining members *Kris, Baza & Mark* decided to carry on and didn't want any old ghosts, so the name Sui Generis was cast to the fire. Bass was now the problem, and after trying some people out we finally rested our hopes on Tony - and we were finally whole again.

We were a 4 piece again, and had more charisma than ever before, and in the summer of 2007 we'd played 4 gigs after barely a month with Tony playing bass. They weren't all of them great expierences and yet some were okay, but we learnt things none the less. As the summer drew to a close, Auda began to fall asleep due to Tony starting college and Baza starting full time work. Time was short and we'd lost the energy and the creativity.

But thankfully after a few weeks of re-adjustments we'd made some [auda]*time and we'd decided on one thing. And album...

We started recording in October 2007 and we've been steaming our way through 23 odd songs to allow us to make this album something to keep as a memory when we're old and grumpy. :D

And it's nearly there, so hopefully with a bit more pushing we'll be done by the end of January.
